My Journey.

This is my journey to change my life at the age of 59 I am a competitive Bikini Athlete. I am here to tell you everything is possible.

Let me tell you it wasn't easy but once you commit to start and you make small little changes on your way it will stick with you, it will grow on you, it will change your life.

About me

I started my carrier as a Nurse in Hungary and worked as a Paediatric nurse for 13 years. In 1991 I moved to Canada and pursued my passion to study the musculoskeletal system and their functional relationship to the movements of a Human Body. Got involved with fitness in 1994  than started  Pilates training in 2004 with Mat, 2007 Reformer and Cadillac ,2009  Lever 1 & 2 .

I hold Certifications in Stott Pilates , MELT Method  and TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training and try constantly integrating up to date information into my work including fascia manipulation and Neuro strength. My knowledge base includes learning advances in anatomy, physiology and structural kinesiology (the science of muscles during movement) approach to physical fitness includes mental, emotional and spiritual health while employing a series of complimentary methods, which provides access to achieving a wider range of results.

Started competing in 2015 as a Bikini athlete ,first to Boycott Menopause as I was straggling to keep my head above the whirlwind of HORMONAL CHANGES.

Today at 59  I can say  I studied, researched and tested all methods to revers ageing and improve vitality and health.
